It's baseball time again! Throughout Arizona and Florida spring training baseball games are being played again. The brilliance of spring training is that it's the ultimate starting over point. All teams are equal from the Philadelphia Phillies to the Washington Nationals. Hope springs eternal and in these challenging days it's a good feeling.
Why talk about baseball in my PCBC blog? Because the baseball gods are shining on us and the San Francisco Giants are at home during PCBC 2009. I'm a little biased, but AT&T Park is the best park in all of baseball. If you have never been to a game at AT&T Park then go enjoy a game (if you have been to a game then do it again). Besides, you might get lucky and see 2008 NL Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum or future Hall of Famer Randy Johnson pitch.
Here's the SF Giants schedule PCBC Week:
Friday, June 12 vs. Oakland A's at 7:15 pm
Saturday, June 13 vs. Oakland A's at 7:05 pm
Sunday, June 14 vs. Oakland A's at 1:05 pm
Monday, June 15 vs. L.A. Angels at 7:15 pm
Tuesday, June 16 vs. L.A. Angels at 7:15 pm
Wednesday, June 17 vs. L.A. Angels at 12:45 pm
Thursday, June 18 - NO GAME
Friday, June 19 vs. Texas Rangers at 7:15 pm
Saturday, June 20 vs. Texas Rangers at 6:05 pm
Me? I'm going to try and go to a game on Monday or Tuesday night... or both :)
